Kids' brains are like software… you have to install the program before they can do the thing. I’ve found showing and modeling the things you want them to do it the best way for them to pick up new skills. Stories also go a long way. That's where social media can become more valuable. You can hear stories from people who've had the same struggles and It’s definitely something Coach RAC and I (and many of the other NYABC coaches) are trying to do with our social media too.
