Creamy Mushroom Pasta for the win! My wife buys me cookbooks often and recently gave me Italianish by Danny Freeman @Danny Loves Pasta …. We have made a few recipes from the book and they have all been great. Decided to film this one. Outstanding meal! Recipe below -1lb Pasta of Choice, we used Barilla Al Bronzo Fusilloni -6T Butter -1lb Mushrooms, we used Baby Bella Sliced -1/2tsp Salt, plus more as you wish -1/4tsp Pepper, plus more as you wish -4 Cloves Garlic, minced -10oz Chicken Broth, we used Kettle & Fire Mushroom Chicken Bone Broth -1C Heavy Cream -2T Corn Starch -1/2C Parmesan, shredded -1/2C Fresh Parsley, chopped -Juice Half of a Lemon **We used a 12” Made In Sauce Pan, Medium Heat **Add 2T Butter, melt **Add Mushrooms and stir well to coat **Season w S&P, cook 9-10 minutes until moisture from shrooms evaporate, stir well and do not burn, reduce temp if needed **Add 4T Butter plus garlic, mix well **Add Broth **Mix Heavy Cream w Corn Starch, whisk well and add to sauce,...
