This Smoked Broccoli Dip from anotherpintplease is the perfect app for your Thanksgiving table.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
8 Ounces Cream Cheese (room temperature)
2 1/2 Cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
1/4 Cup of Milk
2 Tbsp Weber Buffalo Trace Rub
Recipe:
1. Preheat the Searwood to 375ºF
2. In a small cast iron skillet, melt the butter.
3. Add the panko and cook until lightly golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 5 to 8 minutes.
4. Remove from the grill and transfer panko to a bowl. Set aside.
5. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, broccoli, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, parmesan, milk, and rub.
6. Add the mixture to the cast iron skillet and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
