Beef stew Ingredients: 2 lbs chuck roast 2 tbsp beef bouillon, divided 1/2 tbsp onion powder 1/2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp all purpose flour 2 tbsp oil 1/2 white onion, diced 1 celery stalk, diced 4-5 garlic cloves 2 tbsp tomato paste 32 oz beef broth 1 cup red wine 4-5 dried bay leaves 2 fresh rosemary sprigs 2 cups of water, or as needed 2 russet potatoes, peeled & diced 1 large carrot, peeled & diced 🥘 Beef Stew Instructions 1.
