🄣 Creamy Tortellini Soup | another šŸ”„šŸ”„ soup to keep soup season going strong. This is a quick and easy one you can make where you probably have most of the ingredients in your pantry! 1lb Italian sausage (hot, sweet, or a mix) 1 small yellow onion, diced 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp coriander 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 (14oz) can crushed tomatoes 4 cups chicken bone broth 9-12oz tortellini 1 bunch kale, finely chopped 1 cup heavy cream Salt & Pepper, to taste Freshly grated parm Heat a large Dutch oven over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Once hot, remove the sausage from the casing and cook until browned on all sides. Then remove. Drizzle more oil, and add the diced onion with a pinch of salt. Cook until softened.
