Feeling lost in your training? You’re not the only one. Since I ran my marathon in October, I haven’t found anything that I’m training for, so been sprinkling a little bit of everything.
One of my garage gym sessions: 10-8-6-4-2 bench press. Goal is each set unbroken and to increase load each time. This was 145 for 6. It’s hard not to compare yourself to ‘who I was’ or ‘what I lifted’ but I recognize and acknowledge that I had a different goal.
Change is guaranteed in life, it’s the attitude you have as you approach that change.
