Ingredients
1 lb Goodles Loopdy Loos
1 lb Italian sausage
1 jar 24 oz marinara
3 cups water
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp parmesan
1 cup pepperoni
1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Optional: spinach, olive oil, red pepper flakes
Steps
1️⃣ Sauté mode on. Add a little oil and sausage, brown 5–7 minutes, then hit Cancel.
2️⃣ Add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt. Stir to coat.
3️⃣ Add pasta and 3 cups water. Stir and press pasta under the liquid.
4️⃣ Pour marinara on top and do not stir.
5️⃣ Lid on. High Pressure 5 minutes, quick release.
6️⃣ Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, and pepperoni until melted and thick.
7️⃣ Add spinach if using, adjust salt, finish with olive oil and red pepper flakes.
