Foam roll: 1 min each muscle group
90/90s: 2 sets of 10 reps
Halos + lunges: 2 sets 6 reps each leg
Hands elevated child’s pose: 2 sets of 10 reps
Cross body rotations: 2 sets of 8 reps each side
