A horse who police are calling "Seabiscuit" led officers on a chase through a South Jersey neigh-borhood on Friday morning. The horse got loose in the Hunter Woods section of Monroe Township, Gloucester County around 8 a.m. Officers called in some extra horsepower (other officers) to wrangle the horse and return it to its owner. #newjersey #nj #horses
