• 2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, shredded (raw works too—just increase cook time)
• 1 (16 oz) jar 505 SW Roasted Hatch Green Chile
• 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
• 1 can (15 oz) white or pinto beans, drained
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 2 potatoes, diced (or 1 can diced potatoes)
• ½ onion, chopped
• 1 tsp cumin
• Salt + pepper to taste
Instructions😋
1.Add everything to the slow cooker and stir.
2.Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Optional: stir in ½ cup cream or shredded cheese before serving.
