Turning performances into wonder 🪄 are the people working tirelessly behind the scenes. Like Janson here, who joined Esplanade in 2021 as an intern, and as of 2024, is with us full-time as a Senior Technician in lighting. He says work never really feels like work, and what he loves most is how lights can say so much on stage and help to carry a story.
