Golden Bear 🐻 Athletes of the Week 🤩 wnewomenswrestling’s Tanya Teneva and wneswimming’s Olivia Young had impressive performances this past weekend, leading to their first Golden Bear Athlete of the Week award of the season! 🤼‍♀️➡️ Tanya was a perfect 7-0 on the mat yesterday in the 138 lb. weight class, improving to 13-2 overall this season! 🏊‍♀️➡️ Olivia powered the Golden Bears past Rhode Island College this weekend at Clark University, including swimming the 100-yard freestyle in a new season-best time of 1:01.20, over two seconds faster than her previous best!
