What are you training for?
I train inside the gym to take my fitness outdoors.
I also like to change it up and throw in elements of what I used to do for training for the CF Games, ie this training piece: weightlifting + gymnastics
2 back squats + 2 muscle ups every 90 sec x 10 min
It got spicy 🌶️ but the 90 seconds was a great rest period vs OTM.
