Thanksgiving dallascowboys Turkey Photo Dump. I had the honor of smoking the broadcast turkeys and the post game John Madden MVP turkey & turkey legs for the dallascowboys chiefs this Thanksgiving. If you know me, you know how much this meant to me. This game became my Thanksgiving tradition 30 years ago I was an usher on the visiting sideline at the iconic Texas Stadium. John Madden’s 6 legged turkey was always on my sideline post game. After I became the Official Pitmaster of the Dallas Cowboys I started asking anyone that would listen about trying to figure out how I could become the one to smoke that turkey. Through the help of a lot of amazing people in the organization, I was granted this opportunity which I will cherish forever.
