This Movember, the stubble and dreams of goatees across campus came with stories that existed long before the month began. Though the moustache may seem playful, the message behind it runs much deeper. The official leading charity tackles mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. The Gazette asked four students about what drives their Movember commitment. “The moustache isn’t just raising awareness to cancer anymore,” says fourth-year Ivey Business student Nolan White. “It’s letting people know around you that you’re part of a movement.” Read our full #Movember coverage, including questioning why men grow ‘staches in the first place and diving into the exclusionary nature of the movement, at the 🔗 in bio. ✏️ morganmartt according2chris 📸 coopm4ys
