Most people train in only one direction, and that’s why so many struggle with stiff hips, back pain, and constant setbacks. The frontal plane gives you the side-to-side strength that keeps your knees, hips, and lower back stable with every step you take. The transverse (rotational) plane builds the core control you need to twist, turn, lift, and move without pain. When you train all three planes, your body stops fighting itself and starts working for you, move better, feel better, and stay injury-free longer.
