Y’all, I didn’t even have my roach bonnet on today 😮‍💨 A tenant has moved out and in all honesty left the property in great shape! Well…outside of the little critters left behind. An exterminator service is typically offered in my larger complexes on a monthly basis. Tenants can choose if they’d like the spray or not. But an apartment like this wouldn’t have an option. We’d have to spray on a regular to solve this problem. I’ll keep you updated! #simplerealestate
