โข 1ยผ c all-purpose flour
โข ยผ c almond flour
โข ยฝ c Dutch-process cocoa
โข ยฝ tsp each salt + baking powder
โข ยพ c butter (room temp)

c brown sugar + ยผ c granulated
โข 2 egg yolks
โข 1ยฝ tsp vanilla bean paste
โข ยผ tsp almond extract

โข 1 c dark chocolate chips (60โ85%)
โข ยฝ c heavy cream

1. Heat oven to 350ยฐF.
2. Beat butter + sugars until fluffy.
3. Add yolks, vanilla, almond extract.
4. Mix in dry ingredients until dough forms.
5. Roll into 1โ balls; bake 10โ12 min.
6. Press a well into each warm cookie.
7. Warm cream, pour over chocolate; rest 1 min and stir.
8. Fill cookies with ganache; top with orange zest (or flaky salt)....
