The Gala-Salvador Dalí Foundation presents platformdali, a new international program inspired by the artist’s lifelong engagement with science. From modern physics and cybernetics to genetics and neuroscience, Dalí incorporated and reimagined twentieth-century scientific breakthroughs into a cosmology of his own. Building on this transformative vision, Platform Dalí has been created to weave networks of artists and scientists to explore new ways of understanding the world. Based in Barcelona, the program is anchored in the city’s scientific ecosystem through partnerships with five leading science centres: bsc_cns, icfonians, icm.csic, the_prbb and the Institute of High Energy Physics (IFAE).
