The IFAF committee is shaping the future of flag football worldwide by reviewing and defining the rules of the game, improving player safety, and preparing the rules set ahead of flag football’s Olympic debut in Los Angeles in 2028. Des has earned this selection through her expertise, leadership, and the respect she carries across every corner of the sport.
