Thought it’d be fun to do a recap, so here is day 1 of my most popular rice cooker recipes from 2025! Just pick out your favorite hot pot soup base and mix together your go to sauce! Here I’m using thinly sliced beef, mushrooms, napa cabbage, bok choy, chrysanthemum, bamboo shoots, and tofu puffs 🍲
My rice cooker is a 2 cups uncooked / 4 cups cooked size from Aroma
I do recommend flipping between cook to warm once the soup boils. This way you don’t overheat the rice cooker quickly. For example, if I were to just leave the switch on cook after the soup boils, it will switch to warm automatically at some point. The rice cooker detects its too hot. Afterwards, the pot has to cool down before you can switch it to cook again.
You can also just cook all your ingredients at once too!
