🎄 Clams Oreganata Dip | Clams Oreganata might be everyone’s favorite bite on Christmas Eve… but who really loves shucking hundreds of clams just for Feast of the 7 Fishes? So here’s your solution! 🥖 Breadcrumb Mixture 2 cups Italian Seasoned Panko 2 tbsp melted butter 1.5 tsp garlic powder 1.5 tsp dried oregano 2-3 tbsp chopped parsley Zest of 1/2 lemon Salt & Pepper, to taste Olive Oil as needed 🍋 Clams 1.5 lbs fresh chopped clams (or 28oz can) Olive Oil 1 tbsp butter 2 small shallots, finely diced 4 garlic cloves, grated 1 tbsp Calabrian Chili paste 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds, lightly crushed 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1/4 cup white wine Zest and juice of 1 lemon 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped Salt & Pepper Add all the breadcrumb ingredients together in a bowl.
