Outside:

- Realistic pace feel outside

Treadmill:
- Lower impact
- Pace control
- Climate control
- Great for recovery runs
- Helps new runners with rhythm
Running is running at the end of the day. Both are great options.
I find myself using both outdoor and treadmill running in my week of training.
