Congratulations to wj_wbb junior Katie Kovalchick on being named the Presidents' Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week! Kovalchick led the Presidents to a 2-0 week, averaging 21.5 points and six rebounds per game to open conference play. She shot 56.3 percent from the field (18-for-32), including a perfect 2-for-2 from three-point range, and shooting 83.3 percent from the free throw line. In the PAC opener against Chatham, a rematch of last year's conference championship, the junior center paced all scorers with 22 points, five rebounds, three blocks, three assists, and two steals, scoring 16 of her 22 points in the second half to secure the win.
