Roasted Chicken & Veggies:
2 quarter chicken legs
1 to 2 tbsp Tuscan Rosemary Sage Salt
1 to 2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp avocado oil, or oil of choice
24 oz fingerling potatoes (parboiled & halved)
1 bunch of rainbow carrots
1 large orange or lemon, sliced
3 to 4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp butter
1 to 2 tbsp white wine
A handful of sprigs of roasting herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary)
1 shallot, sliced
🍐 Charcuterie:
Red pear
Green pear
Red Grapes
Apricot jam
Honey clove gouda
Lemon Berry goat cheese
Sourdough bread
