Vodka sauce is my go to any time I’m at a restaurant so why not make it at home and even better!! Used eatbanza noodles for some added protein!
Ingredients:
• 1 box penne
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 oz vodka
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 8 oz tube of tomato paste 
• Pinch of red pepper flakes
• Salt + pepper Instructions: 1. Cook pasta until al dente 2. Sauté onion + garlic in olive oil, then stir in vodka and tomato paste and let it simmer down 3. Add cream, red pepper flakes, salt + pepper. 4. Toss in the cooked penne and finish with Parmesan
