Ingredients - Cooking spray - 4 (14.5-oz.) cans seasoned fried apples, divided - 1 tsp. apple pie spice1 (15.25-oz.) box spice cake mix (such as Duncan Hines) - 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats - 3/4 cup (6 oz.) unsalted butter, thinly slicedV - anilla ice cream Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Gather ingredients. 2. Drain 2 of the cans of fried apples; discard liquid. Dump drained apples and 2 remaining undrained cans of fried apples into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with apple pie spice. 3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over apples and scatter oats evenly over top. Arrange butter slices over top, covering as much of the surface as possible. 4.
