Being on the board of a COA will have you reserve studying yourself to death 🥺 Cause what do you mean we need $300k for an elevator?! AN ELEVATOR?! At that point it would be cheaper to just carry people up the ONE flight of stairs 🥲 But this is why WHAT you buy has to be in alignment with your long term goals and saving abilities.
