This weekend, the Madison Scouts brought Camp Tampico to life in Tampico, Mexico—uniting eager young performers with Scouts instructors Oscar Ortiz, Juana Sandoval, and John Scharf for two days of high-level education in music, visual, percussion, and color guard.
