Schaffer won a 3-0 decision in the Tri-State Santa Slam against Andrew Liber (Bellarmine) and also beat Brody Evans (Edinboro) by a score of 10-4 later that night. On Saturday, Schaffer and the Flashes went to Buffalo for another Tri-Meet and first beat Josh McCutchen (Gardner-Webb) in a 7-2 decision. He followed that up with another big win to seal the dual by beating Connor Jacobs (Buffalo) in a close 2-1 match. #MACtion
