The second Brown University victim has been identified as 18-year-old Uzbekistan immigrant Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov. Umurzokov suffered from Chiari malformation, and wanted to become a neurosurgeon to help children the way doctors helped him. #news #brownuniversity #rip
