A few things hit me square in the face today as I opened this shipment. Gratitude first and always. But next, I thought about how damn far we’ve come - I’ve come - since starting this business in 2020. Before the pandemic rocked the whole world my mental health was getting rocked by CPTSD. A scary seizure episode opened my eyes to what can happen when we don’t get help when we need it & internalize our struggle instead. Lots of intense therapy got me back on my feet, and starting this business as I worked through everything gave me purpose. Your response to what I started kept me going, and keeps me going to this day! Getting a little vulnerable today (not easy for me) in the hopes that it might help someone else who may have fallen into the darker spaces of their mind for a spell.
