This year wasn’t about starting over. It was about getting smarter. Training with intention, thinking long-term, and learning that strength, balance, and longevity matter more than chasing quick results. I learned that recovery isn’t optional — it’s part of the work. 🙌🏼
I reset my metabolism, fueled my body on purpose, and slowly recomposed — adding about 15 lbs of muscle since I began this journey. I focused less on how things looked and more on how they felt: building real strength that supports my life, knowing when to push and when to pause. 💡
Progress didn’t always shout — sometimes it whispered. But consistency added up. My energy leveled out. My focus sharpened. And I learned to train with patience and grace instead of pressure.
Finishing the year stronger than I started — and remembering that growth never really ends. 🤍
