- Focus on balance and pushing off that front leg to project hips in the direction that we are running ( OUT NOT UP)
2. Band Resisted Switches
- Normal Single, Double, and Triple switches intensified with a band to light up those hip flexers and increases ones capacity to accelerate through driving our hips and knees forward
3. Band Resisted 1st step Projection
- Focus on hip projection as well through finding that aggressive shin angle seen in all starts, replicating it through intensive single response 1st step projections
4. Banded 3 point 2/3 Step Get off
- Focus on attacking the ground and projecting our hips out and not up…To achieve an explosive start with minimal ground contact while still creating max force in our drive phase!
