American alpine skiing star Mikaela Shiffrin continued her unbeaten streak winning her fourth consecutive slalom victory of the season, her 105th World Cup win at Courchevel, France. 👏
Shiffrin won by 1.55 seconds with a combined time of 1 minute, 42.50 seconds. All four of her slalom victories this season have come by more than 1.2 seconds, including three decided by over 1.5 seconds — massive margins in the sport’s shortest races. 🔥
“I’m just pushing, I don’t know,” Shiffrin said on FIS TV of her winning streak. “I’m not asking questions. Sometimes you just have to take it and roll with it.” 💪
The victory marked Shiffrin’s fifth straight World Cup slalom win, dating back to last season’s finale in Sun Valley, Idaho, in March, further cementing her status as the dominant favorite in the event heading into the 2026 Olympics. ⛷️
