And just like that, alumni status achieved. Not by my power, nor by the power of my alma mater, but solely by the grace of my Heavenly Father. I wore the ‘college girl’ university life well, but the societal pressures of everything that was expected of me took a toll on me for quite some time. I mean it when I say that this is more than just a graduation, I am a living testimony of “If He did it before he will do it again” AND GOD DID, ok! Miami was the last place I thought God would send me, but opportunities I never thought I’d receive and meeting some of the most amazing people to share this journey with was really a blessing in disguise. And I truly became a better leader, creator, friend, and woman from this experience. I’m collecting this degree: unharmed, unbound, and 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 favored by the writer of my story. - 𝘽𝙞𝙯𝙪 !
