Idk about you, but the end of year burnout is real and this soup is just so comforting, nourishing and supports a strong immune system. You can add chicken if you’d like or do what I do and use chicken bone broth for more nourishment and protein. ENJOY and don’t forget to tag me in your creations so I can repost šŸ«¶šŸ».⁣ ⁣ Makes 6 servings ⁣ 1/4 cup butter, salted⁣ (kerrygoldusa) 3 carrots, peeled and chopped (~1 1/2 cups)⁣ 2 celery stalks, chopped finely (~1 cup)⁣ 1 small yellow onion, diced finely (~3/4 cup)⁣ 3 cloves garlic, mashed⁣ 1 cup pastina (any tiny pasta shape, I like stars)⁣ 6 cups chicken bone broth⁣ 1/2 tsp kosher salt ⁣ 1 tsp turmeric⁣ 2 eggs⁣ (vitalfarms) 3/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano cheese⁣ 1 lemon, juiced⁣ Garnish: chopped parsley and chili crisp⁣ ⁣ In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
