I haven't been able to get the queen @inagarten's BROWNIE PUDDING out of my head because every time I scroll late at night in bed, there it is, staring me in the face !! You must make it! I'd say it's a cross between an underbaked brownie and a molten chocolate cake, baked until the edges are just set and the center stays gooey. It's deeply chocolatey, spoon-able, and feels a little fancy without being fussy (my favorite kind of dessert). Serve it warm, straight from the oven, maybe with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream - and trust me, no one will complain that it's not meant to be sliced.
