4 6oz salmon filletsā
3 Tbs butterā
2 cloves garlic, finely choppedā
2 Tbs coconut or almond flourā
1 pouch Proper Good Chicken Bone Brothā
1 cup heavy creamā
1 lemon, zested and juicedā
1 Tbs fresh dillā
Salt and pepper to tasteā

1. Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a large saute pan over medium high heat, melt 1 Tbs butter. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side.ā
2. Remove salmon from pan and add remaining 2 Tbs butter. Saute garlic until golden brown. Add flour and cook for 30 seconds before adding the Proper Good bone broth and heavy cream. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 2-4 minutes. Add lemon zest and juice.ā
