Find the recipe below ⬇️ ⁠ .⁠ ⏰Cooking Info⏰⁠ Prep Time: 10 minutes⁠ Cook Time: 40 minutes⁠ Total Time: 50 minutes⁠ Serves 4-6⁠ .⁠ 🍍Ingredients🍍⁠ 1 8oz can crushed pineapple or 1 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped⁠ 2 pouches Proper Good Beef Bone Broth⁠ 2 cups white rice⁠ 3 tbs sesame oil⁠ 2 eggs, beaten⁠ 1-2 carrots, thinly sliced⁠ 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced⁠ 2 green onions, thinly sliced⁠ 3 tbs soy sauce⁠ .⁠ 🧑‍🍳Method🧑‍🍳⁠ 1. In saucepan over medium high heat, combine 1/2 can or cup of pineapple, Proper Good Bone Broth and rice. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.⁠ 2. In a large saute pan or wok over medium heat, warm 1 tbs sesame oil. Add beaten egg and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove egg from pan.⁠ 3. Add remaining sesame oil, carrots and red pepper to the pan.
