Jordan Garcia, just 10 years old, was killed in a shooting while walking home from a recreation center in Newark on Saturday.🕊️ No arrests have been announced yet and a reward of up to $10,000 is being offered by the Essex County Sheriff’s Office for information that leads to the shooter being indicted or convicted.
