Focaccia & Red Wine! A wonderful combination, but have you tried putting them together? That’s just what I did with phantomwines’ Propietary Red! Must be 21+ Please drink responsibly. #ad This focaccia is salty, robust, and delicious with heart meals and light ones alike! It could make an awesome addition to your holiday meals! Recipe below: Red Wine Focaccia INGREDIENTS: 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast (or 1 standard packet) 2 teaspoons sugar 2/3 cup warm water 2/3 cup red wine 4 cups flour 2 teaspoons kosher salt (+ more for topping) 1/2 cup olive oil (+ more for greasing) Desired edible toppings for decoration Salt & pepper to taste DIRECTIONS: Combine the yeast, sugar and warm water in a bowl. Stir gently and set aside. Allow the yeast to rest and become frothy (around 15 minutes). While the yeast is resting begin on the flour mixture.
