Something I’ve always thought is so important in youth sports is that consistency is rewarded and highlighted. Often the most reliable and present players are the ones that glue teams together and drive them forward. They may not have the athletic or skill ability of others but they are a necessity in any team. That can be translated to life not just sport. So I try to reward that whenever I’m asked to do any team giveaways. #teamwork #hoopers #basketball #consistency
