United Way of Utah County has some of the kindest and hardest workers in the world. One of those people is Melyssa❤️ Melyssa is a Community Engagement AmeriCorps VISTA at our community center in Payson! Long story short, she is a pro at getting people together and helping them feel connected. Whether it’s volunteers, partner organizations, or the people attending the centers, everyone has felt the passion Melyssa has for making people feel welcome and appreciated! One of her favorite parts of the job is “getting to be so ingrained in the community and know all the good things people are doing. There are so many people working to improve the community and so many resources out there and I am grateful that I get to see a lot of that.” Melyssa has been a huge part of establishing the Parent Leadership Council at the community center in Payson.
