Always remember to try new things… for me that is:
1) lifting weights in kilos, especially since I have a little bit of dyslexia, even more so with numbers
2) lifting with straps
Life has been super crazy busy and training has been sporadic but looking forward to getting into a routine and being more consistent.
We all fall off the wagon but it comes down to the ability to get back up and get back on, even if all the wheels aren’t there. Just Gaux.
