Thank you for all the texts and calls 🙏 I spent my birthday this year doing what I love, and spending time with some friends I hadn’t seen in a while in some warmer Florida weather ☀️ Spent the last two years rebuilding the jeep to get it ready for this race. Put atleast 40 miles on it before we left town to head to Florida. As soon as we arrived Friday, we started having issues. Brakes were dragging and engine overheating. We spent our entire Friday repairing the jeep on site at the track. Did not get any time for test n tune. I knew then we would be walking into this race blind on Saturday. The Jeep had never made a quarter-mile pass and surprisingly it did amazing right out of the box. Made it through round 1 and then got smoked by a super fast mustang (I had no chance hahah). The goal was to get the jeep in the high 9s and we did exactly that. It was a great time at the Christmas tree race and we had a blast!
