I’ve known I was short since kindergarten. I was called shortstop all my life & ive been 5’6 since I turned 15, around the time that I started lifting. My height didn’t help with the girls so I thought I’d get some abs instead. 😂 That led to a 15 year passion and built the foundation of my physique, but more importantly, the foundation of my discipline. That same discipline has migrated to almost every area of my life. So for me, my height was a blessing, not a curse.
