In a shocking discovery, it appears #Capitals 🇺🇸 defenseman John Carlson 🇺🇸 is not even being considered for Team USA's 2026 Olympic roster. Carlson, 35, has seven goals, 28 points through 32 games played with the Washington Capitals (NHL) 🇺🇸 this season. He is third in scoring for American defensemen this season, has prior Olympic experience, and is reliable defensively still. Pretty bad decision to not even consider him in my opinion.
