MAKING. šŸ‘šŸ¼ ⁣ ⁣ Comment LINKS for everything I used in this video!⁣ ⁣ Makes 12 baklava cups⁣ 1 package phyllo dough, thawed⁣ 1 stick unsalted butter⁣ 1 cup pistachios, salted⁣ 3/4 cups raw walnuts⁣ 3/4 tsp cinnamon⁣ 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or monkfruit)⁣ ⁣ Syrup⁣ 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or monk fruit)⁣ 1/2 cup water ⁣ 1/4 cup honey⁣ 1 tsp lemon zest ⁣ 1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣ ⁣ Make the simple syrup. Add the sugar, water, honey, and lemon zest to a small sauce pan and heat over medium-high heat. Stir. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
