Part 3- Square Cake Reveal! 🍰🎉
Cake details-
Flavor- 3X Chocolate
Size- I used 9” x 2” cake pans, and made 3 cakes. Cut them in half to create 6, 1” cake layers.
Fillings & Frostings- Chocolate Ganache & Chocolate Buttercream frosting.
After I filled & crumb coated the cake, I placed it in the freezer for 30 minutes to allow the frosting to chill and set up.
Once the cake was set up, I covered the entire cake in a thick layer of my Chocolate Ganache. And then put back in the freezer for 1 hour.
Once the Ganache was cold and set up, I cut out a portion to create some dimension, and frosted the top with a green colored buttercream frosting. I used
@chefmaster leaf green, neon green and lemon yellow.
I then used the
@wiltoncakes Piping tip
#233 to create the grass look.
Once I did that, I cut out squares made out of rolled fondant and placed them around the cake.
Then I added the
@minecraft characters on top and added my finishing touches.
